Please arrive on time.
There is a 15 minute grace period, but if you arrive later than that with no communication, your appointment will be cancelled and appointment fee must still be paid in FULL.
If you don't show up to an appointment or cancel outside of cancellation policy timing & would like to book again, I will require a 50% deposit.
If appointment is cancelled before 48 hours this can be transferred to a new available date. Client's have 4 weeks to rebook before expiration.
If cancelled 24 hours prior this will require 50% fee of your appointment.
If cancelled 12 hours prior this will require 100% fee of your appointment.
Please arrive to your appointment on time to avoid waiting within the studio. Insurance only covers your appointment time only not prior to or after.
Please arrive alone. No plus ones unless agreed and strictly NO children at any given time. The studio is often busy and have a variety of different equipment being used. This not only protects little ones but also ensures practitioners can work safely too.
If there is space in front of the studio, this is fine to park. You can also park on the side roads however, please DO NOT block neighbouring houses and be mindful of damaging grass.
DO NOT block the drive way entrance infront of the blue garage doors. PLEASE WATCH OUT for bollard when reversing off of driveway.
